Sweet Potato MASALA Fries!

Guys – I made this 30 minutes ago and they’re already half gone! I don’t know how I’ve never thought of this GENIUS combo, but it’s and absolute MUST try ๐Ÿ˜Š!

The chaat masala (a tangy Indian spice mix you can find at any Indian grocery store) goes so well with the sweet potato – it gives it that extra spicy, tangy kick that makes these sooo addicting!

The best part is they’re super healthy for you since it’s all baked and the sweet potato has all those good nutrients โ˜บ๏ธ.


4 sweet potatoes

Olive oil

Chaat Masala (A spice mix that you can find in any Indian store or even Trader Joe’s)


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

Cover your baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice your sweet potatoes into medium to thick fries and place evenly spread out on your baking sheet.

Cover both sides of your fries in olive oil. Once your fries are covered, rub in the chaat masala so that it’s evenly coating the fries and is well mixed with the olive oil. (This could get a little messy).

Once your potatoes are fully covered – bake for 20 minutes.
