Italian-Herb Crackers

These are my absolute favorite appetizers to make. They pair perfectly with everything and are so addicting to eat just by themselves! They are so easy to make – I’m confident they will be a favorite of yours too!

3 cups of flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme 
1 cup of water

I love this recipe because it’s so easy if you’re in a rush or just want a quick snack! All you have to do is combine all your ingredients and knead! It’s easy and tastes divine!

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius)
  • Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and knead your dough until it looks something like this
  • With your rolling pin, roll out the dough until it’s about 1/8 of an inch thick and cut into pieces (as shown below)
  • Place on parchment paper in a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.

Pro tip – you might want to flip the crackers if you see some are getting crisper than others!
